Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience for enterprise accounts, with demonstrated success in designing and executing multi-channel ABM programs
- Ability to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives and value propositions that resonate with enterprise decision-makers
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing performance through data-driven insights
- Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of partnering with Sales to build GTM strategies that enable pipeline growth and win rates
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage multiple initiatives with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to enterprise audiences across key verticals and geographies
- Own the design and implementation of multi-channel ABM strategies targeting high-value enterprise accounts, aligning with Sales and Growth teams to personalize campaigns, landing pages and emails based on account-specific insights
- Design cross-sell and up-sell campaigns aimed at expanding Deelโs footprint within existing enterprise accounts by promoting relevant products and use cases across decision-making units
- Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure that GTM strategies align with the enterprise roadmap and market needs
- Track and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns and product marketing initiatives, using KPIs such as engagement, pipeline growth, and conversion rates to optimize outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve the digital experience for enterprise prospects, using personalized CTAs, messaging, and visuals across the entire buyerโs journey
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform Deelโs competitive positioning and thought leadership
