Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or related experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or HR tech company
  • Enterprise Focus: Experience marketing to large enterprises, understanding their buying processes, pain points, and decision-making dynamics
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to optimize marketing strategies and track success metrics
  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven experience launching and scaling B2B SaaS products, with a focus on growth levers
  • Storytelling Ability: You can translate complex solutions into clear, compelling messaging
  • Collaboration Skills: You thrive in cross-functional environments, bringing together marketing, product, and sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams
  • Drive go-to-market launch strategies by owning value proposition, messaging, positioning, and audience strategy
  • Work closely with the brand and regional marketing teams to create and deliver compelling high-impact campaigns to drive product adoption, growth, and retention
  • Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
  • Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy. Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact
