Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years focused on product marketing
  • A proven track record in executing product launches and creating marketing strategies that drive results
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and inspire both technical and business-focused audiences

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, actively educating and persuading stakeholders about the value and benefits of your products
  • Build and deliver compelling sales enablement, from programs to just-in-time enablement to help drive successful sales plays and tactics
  • Develop compelling narratives and materials to support sales teams and engage customers at various stages of the buyerโ€™s journey
  • Apply your knowledge of ERPs, industry verticals, and our ICP to craft messaging that highlights our unique value and clearly defines our right-to-win
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies that capture customer attention and drive product adoption and customer retention
  • Take ownership of product marketing projects such as launches, product positioning updates, or competitive analysis, prioritizing and delivering based on the needs of the business
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product roadmaps, customer feedback, and go-to-market plans
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring marketing and messaging meets their needs and expectations
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies for your products
  • Translate technical features into customer-centric benefits that resonate with business decision-makers and technical audiences
