Join Livestorm as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting product launches, refining messaging, and driving adoption in the competitive SaaS landscape. Reporting to the Co-founder and CPO, you will focus on enterprise customers, particularly in the EU Finance and Healthcare/Pharma sectors. This role involves defining product launch strategies, developing compelling messaging, refining the Ideal Customer Profile, piloting pricing initiatives, conducting market research, creating sales collateral, and monitoring key performance indicators. You will collaborate extensively with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Content Marketing teams. Requirements
- Perfectly fluent in English and French
- 5+ years experience in a Product Marketing position (or similar)
- Excellent Enterprise SaaS industry knowledge
- Great leadership and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical mind
Responsibilities
- Define and overview product launch strategy and process, including collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to streamline product launches
- Develop engaging and clear messaging that sets us apart from competitors and drives interest. Align the team with our strategic position in the competitive landscape
- Work closely with other teams to identify relevant use cases and industries. Collaborate on refining our Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer personas
- Pilot our pricing and packaging initiatives and experiments by working closely with C-levels and relevant teams
- Identify Livestormβs strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities through in-depth market research. Enable teams with competitive intelligence to nurture our battle cards. Surface low-hanging fruit product opportunities to unlock growth
- Collaborate with Sales enablement and Content Marketing teams to create high-impact product marketing content and sales collaterals that drives interest and conversion
- Define and monitor qualitative and quantitative Product Marketing metrics and KPIs (feature adoption, etc.)
- Talk regularly to customers and prospects to develop a rich understanding of our customers, their needs, and how to drive value for them
