Join Demandbase as a Product Management Leader and build solutions addressing marketers' biggest frustrations. You will focus on creating tools that drive measurable outcomes, making Demandbase indispensable. Reporting to the VP of Product Management, you'll own a part of the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing pipeline-generating features and proving marketing ROI. The role requires a customer-first focus, AI innovation, and collaborative leadership. Ideally, you will be based in San Francisco a few days a week, but remote candidates across the U.S. are welcome. Responsibilities
- Approach every product decision with a mindset to break the mold, delivering transformative solutions that redefine whatโs possible in B2B marketing
- Relentlessly solve customer pain points to create sticky, must-have features
- Build AI-powered agents that deliver actionable summaries and insights, providing marketers with clear, stage-specific intent signals to optimize campaigns, accelerate pipeline velocity, and drive smarter decisions
- Own a part of the product vision and roadmap to prioritize pipeline-generating features and prove marketing ROI
- Test, validate, and scale ideas quickly while always always learning from customer feedback
- Define success metrics focused on reducing churn and driving revenue impact
- Align engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ship high-impact features fast
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ABM, ABX, or marketing technology
- Familiar with AI, predictive analytics, and marketing tools integrations
