Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with a track record of launching and scaling multiple products efficiently
  • Strong passion for conducting market research that uncovers customer needs
  • Proven expertise in the development of product positioning and messaging
  • Extensive understanding and practical experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Skilled in leveraging customer insights, product usage data, and market trends to inform strategy and optimize marketing performance
  • Proven ability to tackle complex challenges, prioritize effectively, and develop strategies that drive growth and product adoption
  • Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive business outcomes
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication abilities, with a knack for translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the strategic launch of the Insight product, helping to advance Ontra’s multi-product platform strategy
  • Develop clear and persuasive messaging and content that seamlessly integrates with sales and marketing strategies to capture market attention
  • Foster alignment and teamwork across product, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to enhance the sales funnel and drive business growth
  • Advocate for customer needs by sharing market insights to product management to influence product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Gather and interpret market and competitive intelligence to establish thought leadership and maintain a competitive edge
  • Utilize customer research and data to uncover market insights, identifying trends and preferences to optimize product messaging and launch strategy
