Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant product marketing experience
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurtech, and/or D2C healthtech start-up is a plus!
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action
  • Data-driven. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies
  • Exceptional and creative writer, with the ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand language that engages members to take action with their health
  • Collaborative leader. Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment
  • User advocate. Passionate about creating fantastic user experiences, driving cohesive user journeys alongside product designers
  • Outstanding Communicator. You know how to both listen and get the message out, whether it’s in-person, over the phone, in writing, via email, slack, carrier pigeon, etc
  • You are hungry for more knowledge. You ask questions from a place of genuine curiosity and humility. You assume the best intentions without shying away from solutions-oriented debate. You meet your teammates with compassionate candor to solve problems together for our customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, leading the development and implementation of new product launches
  • Optimize member activation and engagement, leveraging data insights to design, build, and execute end-to-end strategies for connecting with our members
  • Craft compelling messaging and product positioning that resonates with our target audiences while ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and translate these insights into actionable strategies
  • Advocate for the product, supporting the creation of demos, training sessions, and presentations for various internal and external stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, as needed
