Senior Product Marketing Manager

Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our product team. The role involves driving Rasa's market position and product strategy, knowing our market, competitors, and customers intimately, creating sales collateral, helping product teams communicate the value of their work, influencing the product roadmap, owning the differentiation story, and hitting meaningful targets. The position is full-time, remote, and open to candidates in Germany, UK, and Serbia.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills allow you to excel in presenting at conferences, writing copy, or running webinars
• Experience in product marketing at a B2B software company, ideally in a growth-stage startup

Responsibilities

• Drive Rasa's market position and product strategy
• Know Rasa inside and out, to the point where you can confidently demo it and field questions
• Know our market, competitors, and customers intimately
• Create sales collateral such as playbooks, presentation decks, videos, case studies, or battle cards to increase the adoption and usage of Rasa in the enterprise
• Help our product teams communicate the value of what they're building, so it resonates with both the developers and designers using our platform and the executives signing the checks
• Influence our product roadmap based on your deep understanding of the market
• Own our differentiation story. You'll be able to explain better than anyone what makes Rasa unique
• Hitting meaningful targets and being accountable for metrics and outcomes that matter to our business
