Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the B2B technology sector, with a focus on highly technical products
  • Deep understanding of engineering audiences, their pain points, and buying behavior
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in content creation, including writing and editing technical content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine messaging frameworks that resonate with engineering managers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products
  • Create differentiated positioning strategies to effectively position our products against competitors in the market
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning strategies
  • Develop high-quality content, including case studies, blog posts, technical articles, advertisements, emails, technical social post, and presentations, tailored to the needs and interests of engineering managers
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content assets to support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Partner with product management to define go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major feature releases
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans, including messaging, positioning, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral, to drive successful product introductions
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine go-to-market strategies and tactics
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to engineering managers
  • Develop sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, battle cards, and training sessions, to support sales efforts and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales priorities
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Synthesize market intelligence into actionable recommendations to inform product roadmap decisions, marketing strategies, and sales tactics
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, providing insights and guidance to internal stakeholders
