Senior Product Marketing Manager

Tekmetric
Summary
Join Tekmetric as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and become the first dedicated product marketer on a high-performing team. You will own the go-to-market strategy, translating deep customer understanding into compelling value. Responsibilities include crafting messaging, building content and tools, engaging with customers, executing release communication, and tracking performance. This role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, proven success in product launches, strong communication and analytical skills, and a bias for action. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, vertically experienced, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Tekmetric offers a remote work option, competitive salary, generous PTO, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan, life insurance, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing (vertical SaaS strongly preferred)
 - Proven track record of leading product launches and building go-to-market programs
 - Deep customer empathy and curiosity — you know how to uncover what makes users tick
 - Clear, concise communicator with strong storytelling and content skills
 - Data-driven and analytical mindset — you rely on insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and optimize strategies
 - A bias for action and a high degree of autonomy — comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building the product marketing function from the ground up, creating the playbook as you go
 - Comfortable traveling to observe customers in action, attend events, and stay close to the customer

Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market campaigns from planning to execution, working across Product, Sales, CS, and Demand Gen
 - Craft clear, differentiated, customer-centric messaging that evolves with our expanding platform
 - Build scalable content and tools to support SDRs, AEs, and CS — from one-pagers to pitch decks
 - Spend time with customers and users — in person and virtually — to understand pain points, workflows, and behaviors
 - Own and execute the release communication strategy for product updates, including blog posts, quarterly roadmap updates and product webinars
 - Track performance, competitors, and industry trends to inform go-to-market strategy and commercial focus
 - Act as the primary bridge between the Product organization and all go-to-market teams. You will ensure lock-step alignment on product value, roadmap and launch readiness
