Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management within B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Strong ability to analyze data, run experiments, and work with product teams to refine user experiences
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into the product to understand both front-end experiences and backend technical impacts
- Analyze feature details, prioritize product enhancements, and assess how new features influence the business and platform growth
- Develop an in-depth understanding of SaaS based financial operations platforms with an emphasis on the order to cash AR automation landscape
- Collaborate in the launch process and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring seamless product releases and updates
- Work with cross-functional teams to support messaging and content enhancements that align with current product capabilities and launches
- Coordinate and communicate quarterly release communications and product updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Serve as the bridge between technical product details and market-facing narratives, ensuring clarity
- Utilize A/B testing, market research, and user feedback to build a bottoms-up Voice of Customer (VOC) insight model
- Leverage competitive intelligence and market trends to inform product positioning and strategic decisions
- Understand and analyze key SaaS metrics to identify product and GTM levers that drive growth
- Work closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to ensure product strategies are aligned with market needs
- Emphasize a process-oriented approach by continuously updating internal stakeholders on product developments and roadmap adjustments
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships to advocate for product enhancements based on customer and user feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience working with finance buyers (CFO, AR, Treasury, Collections, Accounting teams) or within financial automation, payments, or B2B finance tech
- Experience preferred in building and scaling an insights capability in a small company including customer insights, market research and trends and competitive intelligence
- Bonus: Background in growth marketing, product analytics, or user research
