Join Exodus as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and lead the go-to-market strategy for our next-generation payments app. You will own the full go-to-market strategy, define product positioning and messaging, collaborate with product and design teams, develop adoption strategies, and measure campaign impact. The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech or consumer apps, with a proven track record of launching new products. You should be skilled at storytelling, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration. Requirements
- 5-10+ years in product marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or consumer apps
- Proven success launching 0–1 products in competitive markets
- Skilled at distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly as priorities shift
- Experienced in leading cross-functional collaboration with product and design
- Data-informed, with a strong grasp of performance metrics and audience insights
Responsibilities
- Own the full go-to-market strategy for a new consumer payments app
- Define and lead product positioning, messaging, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure launch readiness
- Develop adoption strategies and launch success metrics
- Validate and evolve messaging based on target audience insights
- Drive early-stage awareness campaigns and user engagement initiatives
- Measure impact and refine strategy based on performance and feedback post-launch
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in stablecoins, crypto, or blockchain-based financial products
- Familiarity with user research or testing messaging with early users
