Senior Program Manager

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years in a people management or mentorship role
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs in a fast-paced remote or hybrid environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executives
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Teams
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems with a strategic and structured approach
• A passion for building high-performing teams and developing others

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs aligned with strategic business goals
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops to align stakeholders and drive execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and dependencies
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, as well as address blockers and drive accountability to keep programs on track
• Serve as the connective tissue for teams and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and transparency across program operations
• Mentor and support team members, fostering their growth and supporting them in navigating complex challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MBA are a plus but not required
• Fluency with remote collaboration tools and distributed team dynamics
• Familiarity with database technologies
