Summary
Join Encora as a Program Manager supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) Transformation & Programs within the COO Organization. This role focuses on enabling strategic business outcomes through scalable processes and efficient program execution. The ideal candidate has experience in technology companies with software-based products. You will manage transformation and growth programs, develop project plans, drive efficient communication, apply change management principles, and interface with internal product organizations. The position requires experience with GTM teams, leading cross-functional programs, and proven ability to facilitate across business units. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Direct experience working with Go-to-Market teams such as Marketing, Sales, Partners, or Customer Success, ideally within a technology company
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience leading cross-functional programs or transformation initiatives
- More than 5 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in technology environments
- Proven ability to facilitate across business units, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or other PMO tools
Responsibilities
- Manage transformation and growth programs that deliver measurable revenue growth or cost savings to the COO Organization
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Drive an efficient cadence of meetings and communications to ensure that the right stakeholders are informed and empowered to act
- Understand and apply basic change management principles
- Interface with internal product organizations to align technical development with business needs
- Own decision proposals to unblock work, including analysis of alternatives with pros and cons
- Implement and adapt program execution best practices recommended by the Program & Portfolio governance team, suggesting improvements as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Storytelling and presentation skills are highly valued
- Exposure to standard program governance models is a strong plus
