Summary

The job is for a Senior Program Manager at PEO MLB in the Washington DC area with potential for remote work. Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience working in program/project management
• Bachelor’s degree in either a technical or management discipline
• Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Specialist (CMS), or Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM) certification

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long-range plans
• Lead the formulation, guidance, and direction for the programs technical approach
• Define and negotiate the programs activity while working with agency personnel and necessary resources
• Define and establish technical milestones for all aspects of the program
• Oversee the programs schedules and manage budgets and any associated costs

Preferred Qualifications

Secret or Above Clearance preferred
