Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as b2b Project Manager with expertise in driving SAAS deployments
  • Technical background with the ability to understand requirements for BI data projects
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships at various levels of customer organizations and be recognized as a trusted advisor
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the ActivTrak platform as part of the onboarding process as well as data services projects for our customers
  • Lead clients with an expert led approach and leverage a team of technology experts during the onboarding process
  • Execute onboarding and implementation methodologies, to include agile, rainfall, and linear process for commercial to enterprise-size customers
  • Lead the assigned onboarding team to ensure appropriate configuration, define change management structure and assure the overall success of the ActivTrak implementation
  • Leverage technology, teams and solutions, to expedite processes and drive consistent high-quality deliveries
  • Contribute to the onboarding team to enhance our delivery methodology and services practice
  • Manage customer onboardings, by coordinating targets, milestones, teams, and holding both sides accountable to deadlines
  • Collaborate with the solution architecture team, and customers to gather required data to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications, and delivery timelines
  • Serve as bridge between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
  • Maintain and report project status and monitor customer progress
  • Track and submit time entry for projects and self utilization
  • Adjust schedules and milestones while definitely setting expectations with stakeholders as needed
  • Communicate ActivTraks use cases, features, and solutions to clients
  • Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results
  • Drive excellence, velocity, and quality throughout the project, solving client issues with ActivTrak use cases, and features
  • Deliver training for customers managers, driving ActivTrak value, and solutions
