Summary
Join Huge as a Senior Project Manager and lead the delivery of impactful development projects and campaigns. You will be responsible for managing multiple interactive projects, from initial concept to final implementation, across various disciplines including strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. As a vital point of contact for clients and the project team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality. You will also manage client expectations, monitor project risks, and proactively identify solutions. This remote position within Colombia offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on challenging and rewarding projects.
Requirements
- Have experience managing multiple interactive projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation
- Have experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs
- Have experience in management or mentorship
- Ensure the project team is meeting the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, as well as championing the quality and integrity of the end result
- Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems then proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
- Identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
- Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members, escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
- Proactively identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and follow project management methodologies and processes
- Have a background in projects where agile methodologies are a must
- Have experience with team management, task allocation, and prioritization experience
- Understand how to compose a team based on the roles and capabilities needed to deliver projects, and work with resource management to ensure your team is staffed responsibly and within budget
- If the selected candidate holds a degree in Engineering or a related profession, they must present their professional license
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams spanning strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media
- Manage multiple interactive projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation
- Manage budgets, burn reports, and write SOWs
- Ensure the project team is meeting the objectives and goals of each project on time and on budget, as well as championing the quality and integrity of the end result
- Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems then proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
- Identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
- Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback

- Proactively identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and follow project management methodologies and processes
- Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects with creative, strategy and tech teams to produce amazing digital products
- Focus on goals and solutions both large and small
- Become the focal point for delivery across a series of workstreams while still keeping up-to-date on daily project activities
- Work closely with all discipline team members
- Work in programs such as asana, jira and coda
- Be a client facing project manager and build strong relationships
- Communicate project statuses both internally and externally
- Be prepared to meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of digital campaign projects
- Ensure all project timelines are built and communicated in order to meet expected launch dates for all projects
Preferred Qualifications
