Summary

Join Ghost Story Games, a self-publishing game development studio, as a Senior Project Manager. Support the development and maintenance of the game release schedule. Create and maintain the project roadmap with clear milestones, driving alignment on expectations and timelines. Identify misalignments, develop risk mitigation plans, and prepare reports for leadership. Work effectively independently and as part of a team, coordinating presentations related to the release schedule. Prior game development experience is required. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to self-prioritize effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Game Development experience is required
• Shipped at least 1 title of a similar scope is required
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Strong working knowledge of the game development lifecycle
• Ability to self-prioritize effectively and be extremely organized
• Flexibility and comfort working in small and nimble teams
