Join Seven Starling as a Senior Provider Operations Associate and become a key player in enhancing our provider experience strategy. You will own and lead provider onboarding, develop and implement a holistic provider experience strategy focused on retention and satisfaction, and conduct in-depth analysis of provider churn. You will leverage data analysis and visualization tools to create performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms. The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations and advanced skills in communication, project management, and data analysis.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or customer success
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Advanced project management capabilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations and specifically the mental healthcare provider persona
- Proficient in advanced office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- Strong change management and organizational development capabilities
- Advanced CRM and provider management system expertise
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience with healthcare-specific software platforms
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end provider onboarding strategy, developing comprehensive processes and content to drive successful provider administration of care
- Develop and implement a holistic provider experience strategy that focuses on retention and satisfaction
- Conduct in-depth analysis of provider churn, identifying root causes and designing targeted interventions to improve provider retention
- Partner closely with Provider Support teams to: Identify systemic challenges in provider interactions; Develop and implement process improvements; Create comprehensive knowledge bases and support resources
- Collaborate with Clinical Teams to: Align provider experience initiatives with patient care objectives; Develop provider engagement programs that enhance patient outcomes; Create feedback loops to continuously improve clinical and operational workflows
- Work strategically with Product Teams to: Enhance provider-facing systems and tools; Prioritize product roadmap items that improve provider efficiency and experience; Conduct user research and gather actionable insights from provider feedback
- Develop and maintain comprehensive provider performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Create and manage provider strategies to personalize engagement approaches
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing provider lifecycle management
- Represent provider experience insights in cross-departmental meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telehealth or digital health platforms
- Experience with provider network management
Benefits
$80,000 - $85,000 a year
