Summary

Join ID5 as a Publisher Account Manager and cultivate strong relationships with top-tier US publishers. You will act as a strategic consultant, guiding publishers to optimize their monetization strategies using ID5's identity solutions. This role involves onboarding publishers, troubleshooting technical issues, and proactively monitoring account health. You will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the development of new features. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing relationships with premium publishers globally
  • A person committed to customer success, with a demonstrable track record of account management and/or business development
  • An excellent communicator with strong relationships and presentation skills, fluent in English
  • Someone with a quantitative mind, who has a strong interest for and understanding of digital advertising technologies and has the ability to simplify complicated technical topics
  • An entrepreneurial-minded individual who will thrive in a startup environment. Responsibility, autonomy, enthusiasm, humility, drive and a willingness to learn are key characteristics required to be successful in this role

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to strategic US publishers to explain the ID5 value proposition and its benefit in an omni-channel world
  • Onboard publishers to ID5 identity services by explaining the solution, liaising with the various stakeholders (commercial, technical, legal), communicating technical specifications and providing training and support
  • Be the first point of contact for integration-related questions, coordinating with internal resources (product, operations, R&D) to provide accurate and timely responses
  • Address first-level technical questions and help to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
  • Proactively monitor account health for top tier publishers on a monthly basis to ensure integrations are optimized, coordinate and lead check-in calls on a quarterly basis
  • Apply a strategic approach to growing your accounts by expanding the ID5 services they utilize, adding new geos and developing more senior relationships
  • In partnership with the Marketing team, manage go-to-market, promotion and case study opportunities with accounts (newsletter, business cases, joint events, etc.)
  • Liaise with ID5’s Product and Development teams to contribute to the design of new features and capabilities to improve publisher services based on feedback from clients and prospects
