You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, building a recruiting playbook, tracking hiring metrics, and contributing to employer branding. You will also mentor a recruiting coordinator and sourcer, and maintain data quality. This role requires at least 5 years of technical recruiting experience, 3+ years in the consumer space with a focus on engineering and technical product roles, and proven success in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Technical Recruiter role (Agency or In-House)
- 3+ years recruiting experience in the Consumer space with a focus on Engineering and Technical Product roles
- Validated experience in innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and โhard to fillโ roles
- Prior experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Proven track record of recruiting in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful finding active and passive job seekers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles, playing a critical role in building the team that builds the company
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles, define sourcing strategies, and create thoughtful interview processes
- Source passive candidates using a mix of outbound tools and creative tactics
- Build and maintain a recruiting playbook to drive more standardization and efficiency in the recruiting process and conduct trainings on best practices
- Partner with People Ops to track and report key hiring metrics; use data to inform recruiting strategy and improve our recruiting process
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience efforts
- Mentor and grow a recruiting coordinator and sourcer
- Ensure data quality, including candidate record accuracy, offer management, job creation, interviewer pools and closures
