Senior Recruiter

Summary

Join Grafana Labs as a Senior Recruiter for a 12-month contract, fully remote role based in Australia, preferably near Sydney. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including engaging with passive and active talent internationally, guiding candidates through the hiring process, generating offers, and handing off new hires to the People Ops Specialist for onboarding. This role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience in the SaaS/Tech space, with a focus on sourcing and engaging passive candidates. You will work with senior leaders and own high-volume recruiting across various roles within the company. Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. The annual compensation range is $145,000 - $170,000 AUD, with actual compensation varying based on experience and skillset.

• 5+ Years recruiting experience working with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech space

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume recruiting across on a variety of roles across the business
• Sourcing is a primary part of your role. You are confident engaging passive candidates and utilizing the team’s networks to engage with candidates appropriately
• Work in a remote-first company where communication is key
• You’re comfortable in a high-paced environment. You embrace change and ambiguity
