Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house roles
  • Proven success in hiring for technical and non-technical roles within tech, healthcare, or fast-growth startup environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in building pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and long-term strategic roles
  • Strong sourcing and research skills with fluency in various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive positioning
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple open roles across departments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate hiring goals into strategic recruiting plans
  • Passion for delivering high-quality outcomes with a sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, developing deep understanding of team needs, role requirements, and long-term hiring goals
  • Arrive prepared to intake meetings with pre-identified talent and sourcing strategies already underway
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through strategic talent mapping and market research
  • Execute proactive outbound sourcing efforts to engage top talent across multiple channels, including referrals, LinkedIn, and niche platforms
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiation, and close
  • Develop compelling narratives that effectively position the company, team, and role to prospective candidates
  • Navigate complex offer negotiations and counteroffers, demonstrating influence and understanding of candidate motivations
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously optimize strategies and improve efficiency
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint, while maintaining strong internal alignment with hiring teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, tools, and strategies
