Summary
Join our fast-growing fintech company as a Senior Recruiter and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and lead initiatives to improve hiring processes. Responsibilities include proactively sourcing candidates, building a talent pipeline, tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance, mentoring junior team members, and leading employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in talent acquisition, expertise in direct sourcing, strong analytical and communication skills, solid project management skills, and fluency in both Japanese and English. We offer a remote-work-friendly environment with optional office space.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within fintech or technology sectors
- Expertise in direct sourcing, with a proactive and creative approach to finding talent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to optimize the hiring process and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid project management skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
- Commitment to problem-solving and continuously improving recruitment processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and onboarding
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit
- Lead recruitment projects that contribute to improving the company's hiring processes and candidate experience
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to provide data-driven insights and inform recruitment strategy
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws
- Provide mentorship and guidance on best practices to junior team members, contributing to a strong recruitment culture
- Lead initiatives such as employer branding to increase the company's visibility and attract a stronger, more qualified candidate pipeline
