Summary
Join Annexus Health as a Senior Contract Recruiter for a 12-week engagement starting in July. You will partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Responsibilities include owning sourcing strategies, screening and evaluating candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and leveraging recruiting tools. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a recruiter in healthcare technology or related high-growth environments, demonstrating success in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple levels and functions. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse, is preferred.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter in healthcare technology or related high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success sourcing and screening candidates across multiple levels and functions
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with a sense of urgency and accountability
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Head of Talent and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Own and manage sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines across departments (including Adparo, product, engineering, client services, operations, and go-to-market teams)
- Screen and evaluate candidates for fit, experience, and alignment with Annexus Healthβs mission and values
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process
- Leverage recruiting tools and platforms to track, communicate, and report on candidate progress
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ATS systems: Greenhouse highly preferred
