You will play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy and driving business growth by managing full-cycle recruitment across various locations and functions. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment
- Proven experience recruiting both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, GTM) roles in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures
- High energy, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineering, product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, across multiple regions
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process
