Join Wrike's Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter based in Costa Rica, focusing on Go-to-Market (GtM) hiring across the USA and Costa Rica. You will leverage AI tools and modern recruitment strategies to source, assess, and engage top talent. As a strategic consultant, you will partner with hiring managers, shaping the recruiting process and providing market intelligence. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various GtM roles, managing multiple requisitions. This remote position requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, creative sourcing, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elevating the candidate experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to transform recruitment with AI tools and a dedication to continuous improvement
- Proven, hands-on experience recruiting for GtM functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in fast-paced, multi-country environments
- Passion for elevating both your recruitment brand and Wrike’s employer brand—engaging with local and international talent communities
- Proactivity in market research—networking, attending events, and sharing insights to improve processes and attract top GtM talent
- Advanced skills in optimizing ATS usage and recruitment technologies for maximum efficiency
- Strong commitment to professional development—constantly seeking feedback and staying on top of best practices in global talent acquisition
- Deep curiosity and agility to stay informed on industry trends relevant to GtM hiring in both the USA and Costa Rica
- Ability to stay informed and continuously gather industry insights
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-powered tools and new sourcing strategies to ensure an exceptional and engaging candidate journey
- Source, assess, and engage top GtM talent across the USA and Costa Rica through professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, shaping a seamless recruiting process and providing market intelligence
- Partner with our TA Manager to refine and scale effective, data-driven hiring practices as our teams grow
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal and other GtM positions—managing both individual contributor and management-level searches
- Navigate your daily workflow using our tech stack: Greenhouse, Slack, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals align with Wrike’s broader talent and business strategies, regularly managing 8-10 active requisitions
