Summary

Join Airbnb's Product Recruiting team as a Senior Recruiter, Product and play a key role in hiring top-tier technical talent for Engineering functions. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, advise senior stakeholders, leverage data for strategic decision-making, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless process execution. This role requires 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, proven success hiring at various seniority levels, deep understanding of sourcing strategies, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing multiple simultaneous searches, providing high-touch candidate experiences, and contributing to process improvements. The position is US-Remote Eligible, with occasional office work or offsite attendance. Compensation includes a base pay range of $139,000-$163,000 USD, plus potential bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing technical talent
• Proven success hiring across a range of seniority levels, including Staff-level and above
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and market dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders with business aligned recommendations
• Passion for delivering high touch, white-glove candidate experiences
• Track record of operational excellence, managing systems, data integrity, and reporting with precision
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach through offer, across multiple simultaneous searches
• Deliver white glove candidate experiences throughout the process from first outreach to offer
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with thoughtful recommendations and talent insights
• Leverage data, dashboards, and tools to inform hiring strategies, measure outcomes, and drive operational excellence
• Partner with Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, and interviewers to ensure seamless process execution
• Anticipate roadblocks or shifts in hiring priorities and provide proactive, forward-thinking solutions
• Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency, speed, and quality
• Represent Airbnb with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for our mission
