Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of regional event or field marketing experience within B2B technology, track record for executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that meet MQL and pipeline goals
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with sales teams, understanding the sales cycle to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to use data and metrics to influence decisions, optimize campaigns, and track performance
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, project management tools, and marketing platforms like Marketo and Looker for tracking and reporting campaign and sales activity
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities on time, within budget

Responsibilities

  • Align with North America Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives, Account Based Marketing and Partner Marketing to develop marketing strategies and plans that achieve sales and marketing targets, and meet corporate objectives
  • Lead and support the end-to-end management of events, including venue/platform selection, vendor management, creative branding, logistics, partner integration, onsite/virtual support, internal communication, and post-event reporting
  • Partner with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in the region, curating high-touch/high-value experiences such as events, direct mail, and digital campaigns to engage strategic accounts
  • Understand marketing targets, monitor key metrics including pipeline and MQL performance, regularly report on results, and adapt plans and programs as required to meet objectives
  • Continuously test, monitor, and refine marketing programs to increase conversion, engagement, pipeline progression, and growth
  • Collaborate to mobilize resources from partner teams including PR, social media, digital marketing, brand, product marketing, and operations. Work closely with analytics to identify new segments, drive program and funnel conversion, and optimize the customer journey
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices, informing and adapting our approach as needed
