Senior Renewals Specialist

Summary

Join Myriad360 as a Senior Renewals Specialist and play a key role in the success of our growing renewals business. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of renewal contracts across various manufacturers, building and maintaining accurate pipeline reports and forecasts, and working with sales and channel operations to generate quotes. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, experience with manufacturer programs, and advanced proficiency in Excel. You will build outstanding partner relations and work with customers to transact and consolidate renewals. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts of upcoming renewals
• Build outstanding partner relations with manufacturer, OEM, ISV renewal peers
• Work in tandem with sales and channel operations to generate quotes 30-, 60-, and 90-days in advance of customer contracts expiring
• Work with customers to both transact and consolidate upcoming renewals
• Maximize eligibility and attainment of key manufacturer renewal incentives (rebates, SPIFs, MOUs)
• Inform and educate internal stakeholders on relevant renewal/refresh opportunities, including program-specific offerings
• Assist clients via phone and email with any quote/support questions they may have

Preferred Qualifications

• General sales and business acumen
• Advanced Proficiency in Excel. I.E – Pivot Tables, Formulas, Quote Presentation
• Experience with manufacturer programs and processes
