Summary

Join Bounteous as a Senior Resource Specialist and play a vital role in coordinating resource allocation across core competency teams. You will ensure optimal talent utilization for exceptional client deliverables, acting as a liaison between various teams. This position involves significant use of OpenAir for resource tracking and requires strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. You will work cross-functionally, partnering with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to facilitate appropriate staffing. The role also includes managing project resourcing for timely delivery and enforcing processes through proper form usage. This is a crucial role in ensuring Bounteous continues to deliver high-quality work to its clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a professional, fast paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a collaborative work environment
  • Understand the detail and depth of each team members' skill set including strengths and unique nuances in order to allocate talent to project needs effectively
  • Partner closely with leadership to understand the client work and needs to ensure the correct team has been assembled
  • Partner with Recruiting on open requisitions keeping them informed of changing talent needs
  • Act as day-to-day contact for resource management across core disciplines
  • Foster many relationships with various teams
  • Construct clear, concise, communication for internal and external stakeholders to establish clear objectives, expectations, and timelines
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
  • Assist in analyzing and communicating monthly utilization reports
  • Identify need for additional talent, including freelance, near shore, part-time, and full-time hires and works with Talent Acquisition to validate and inform of need, duration, and profile accordingly
  • Resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members
  • Lead weekly staffing calls and facilitate resourcing issues
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and/or creative agency experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google, especially Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience with OpenAir and NetSuite
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working with reports and analyzing data
  • Assertive and proactive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate, influence, and listen to the internal stakeholders
  • Think creatively and work collaboratively to develop solutions to staffing challenges
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to problem solve and manage expectations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
