Join Clari's Revenue team as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager and become a strategic partner to the Enterprise revenue teams. Leverage your expertise in data modeling, SFDC, and GTM tools to deliver actionable insights and drive growth. You will play a key role in improving team efficiency, enhancing processes, and building new ones from scratch. This fully remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in the US. Responsibilities include delivering proactive data and metrics, assisting in technology stack architecture, partnering with other teams to improve data usage, and contributing to FY planning efforts. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
Requirements
- 7+ years of related Rev Ops/Sales Ops experience working within a high-growth SaaS company
- Salesforce experience, particularly with accounts, opportunities, and contacts
- High-proficiency with Excel/Google sheets including the ability to pull and organize data and build analysis via pivots and models
- Experience with development of BI tool dashboards (e.g., Thoughtspot, Tableau)
- Able to adopt existing processes, refine processes, and build processes from scratch
Responsibilities
- Operate as the strategic partner to Clariโs Enterprise revenue teams
- Deliver proactive data and metrics via multiple platforms to provide actionable insights to the Customer Success team and leadership. They will keep a keen eye on CSAT, Customer Health, Usage, Adoption, Retention, and customer engagement
- Assist in the technology stack architecture to connect various data sources and expose key insights to the team
- Leverage data from within a diverse set of tools including SFDC, Pendo, Snowflake, etc. to architect a clean and connected flow of information between various tools
- Partner with our Analytics and Data Engineering teams to improve the revenue teamโs usage of Customer Data. Refine, enhance, and build metrics supporting customer targeting
- Partner with our Customer Success and Sales Engineering Program Managers to implement, measure, and enhance new programs and initiatives
- Assist in FY Planning efforts including territory creation and balancing, budgeting and hiring plans, quota setting, and resource planning
