Summary
Join Sourcepass, a leading IT consulting company, as a Senior Sales Executive. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and needs discovery to closing deals and building client relationships. This hybrid role focuses on the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast regions. You will leverage your expertise in Managed IT/Security sales to develop and close a pipeline of prospective clients, aligning solutions with their business goals. Requirements
- 5+ years of Managed IT/Security sales
- Comprehensive understanding of Managed IT industry & competitors
- Conceptual technical knowledge
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop & Close Pipeline: Focus on developing and closing a pipeline of prospective clients that fit within the Ideal Client Profile (ICP). This involves understanding their business goals and aligning your engagement model and solutions accordingly
- Build Strong Relationships: Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial. Ensure timely delivery of proposals and solutions that meet customer needs
- Negotiate and Close Agreements: Work on negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits. This will involve collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory
- Networking: Participate in Sourcepass and various industry networking events
- Enhance Skills: Continuously improve your skills in areas such as Managed IT/Security sales, business acumen, and communication. Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and having a comprehensive understanding of the Managed IT industry and competitors will be beneficial
- Utilize Supporting Tools: Make use of the supporting elements provided for this position, such as an intuitive CRM - Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and sales operational support
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Build healthy pipeline coverage, run effective and successful sales processes & ultimately meet &/or exceed your revenue goals
Preferred Qualifications
Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and having a comprehensive understanding of the Managed IT industry and competitors will be beneficial
Benefits
- The salary for this position is $100,000 plus commission
