Summary
Join Unit4's successful sales team as a New Business Account Manager! This senior, remote role (Stockholm region only) focuses on selling Unit4's ERP solutions to new medium-enterprise clients in the Professional Services Organizations vertical. You will develop and execute sales strategies, qualify leads, manage complex sales cycles, and build strong customer relationships. The position requires experience selling complex SaaS solutions, particularly ERP or financial SaaS. You'll need strong presentation skills, consultative selling abilities, and the capacity to mentor junior team members. Requirements
- Be a new logo hunter with a background in selling complex SaaS solutions
- Have at least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Have mandatory experience selling ERP or other financial SaaS solutions
- Possess an excellent understanding of business processes
- Have a lively and enthusiastic personality, which you transfer onto your colleagues
- Be a true negotiator who keeps your and your clientβs needs and wants in mind
- Be an Individual Contributor with leadership qualities yet a team player with a solution sales mindset in order to help customers solve their toughest challenges
- Have experience selling to CxO suite
Responsibilities
- Develop a new business sales plan and strategy to win new logo license sales revenue in line with specific sales targets, taking ownership of a specific vertical
- Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
- Drive complex sales cycles orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value engineering, professional services, inside sales, marketing and sales support
- Use your experience and consultative selling skills to build relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
- Conducting highly effective presentations to C-level executives and key C-suite level decision makers focusing on the Office of the CFO
- Work with customers to determine and highlight business benefits that will be achieved by investing in our solutions
- Utilise MS Dynamics to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
- Keep yourself up-to-date with all relevant technologies used by Unit4 and changes in the sector, including an appropriate level of understanding of the solutions we provide
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Professional Service Organisations sector would be an advantage
- Mentor and guide sales teams as subject matter expert
- Maintain Executive Presence by representing Unit4 CMP to analysts, at Key Trade Shows
