Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote Sr. Atlassian Sales Manager based in Latin America. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will set and achieve sales targets, expand market presence, optimize sales funnels, and foster strong client relationships. Leading and mentoring the sales team, managing budgets, and designing commission structures are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of inside sales experience with Atlassian or Monday.com products and proven success in exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, including proven IT services sales experience related to Atlassian or Monday.com products
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Up-to-date with IT software trends, particularly Software as a Service (SaaS), ERP, and cloud-based solutions
  • Proficient in discussing software development practices, digital features, and technical marketing of services
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing client accounts
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of executing and optimizing sales strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; native or near-native English proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven β€œdoer.”
  • Experience mentoring sales representatives and designing sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Set quarterly and annual sales targets, analyze key sales and market data, and provide regular forecasts
  • Drive proactive outreach to identify and pursue new business opportunities, alliances, and service lines
  • Expand the company’s global market presence, with a strong focus on the United States
  • Optimize the sales funnel to improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-client conversion rates
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, maximising revenue and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and build processes for the sales team; establish efficient workflows and best practices
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales KPIs and pipeline health, presenting insights to management
  • Collaborate in the development of pricing models and promotional campaigns
  • Plan and administer the sales department budget and incentive schemes
  • Design, refine, and manage sales commission structures
  • Champion the accurate use of CRM tools, ensuring diligent reporting and client correspondence
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of sales strategies and operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with pricing, budgeting, and commission scheme management is a plus
  • A valid U.S. visa is highly preferred

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client
