Summary
Join Nexxen, a global leader in flexible advertising powered by data, as an Online Video Sales Manager in Victoria! You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with key media agencies and direct clients. This role requires a proven track record in digital media sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the online video and programmatic advertising landscape. You will develop and present compelling sales pitches, manage a sales team, and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Requirements
- Possess an established network of media agency and client decision-makers
- Have a track record of prospecting for new business and converting this into revenue
- Demonstrate digital or video sales experience (minimum 5 years' experience)
- Possess a strong passion for digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital space
- Demonstrate understanding of and enthusiasm for the video space and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration with your clients
- Have experience with managing and leading a team of sellers
- Demonstrate the ability to use and work within sales platforms, e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, etc
- Possess a high degree of technical understanding of the online video and programmatic video marketplace
- Have an understanding of the Programmatic landscape - including contacts at the major DSPโs and experience of selling an SSP
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines
- Demonstrate experience generating leads and closing new business
- Possess Presentation Skills; creating and presenting own sales pitches and presentations
- Have experience achieving group goals
- Have experience generating revenue against personal targets (and love smashing them!)
- Possess solid knowledge of the programmatic market and what this means for video
- Be confident - to make decisions
