Based in Victoria, you will drive advertising revenue growth from key media and advertising agencies and direct clients. You'll build strong relationships, exceed quarterly targets, and position Nexxen as a thought leader in premium video. This role requires a proven track record in digital media sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the online video and programmatic landscape. Requirements

  • Have an established network of media agency and client decision-makers
  • Have a track record of prospecting for new business and converting this into revenue
  • Have demonstrated digital or video sales experience (minimum 5 years' experience)
  • Have a strong passion for digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital space
  • Have an understanding of and enthusiasm for the video space and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration with your clients
  • Have experience with managing and leading a team of sellers
  • Have a demonstrated ability to use and work within sales platforms, e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, etc
  • Have a high degree of technical understanding of the online video and programmatic video marketplace
  • Have an understanding of the Programmatic landscape - including contacts at the major DSPโ€™s and experience of selling an SSP
  • Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment within tight deadlines
  • Have demonstrated experience generating leads and closing new business
  • Have Presentation Skills; creating and presenting own sales pitches and presentations
  • Have experience achieving group goals
  • Have experience generating revenue against personal targets (and love smashing them!)
  • Have solid knowledge of the programmatic market and what this means for video
  • Be confident - to make decisions
  • Be calm - able to work well under pressure
  • Be eager - to succeed in a new sale environment
  • Be collaborative - happy to work in a Sales team
  • Be flexible - to work in a fast growth global environment
  • Be a closer - Able to negotiate and close business deals swiftly

  • Be accountable: Not afraid of working to targets and willing to demonstrate that you are willing to deliver against personal KPIs (meetings, proposals etc)
  • Be persuasive: Able to effectively communicate complex, creative solutions to agencies and clients who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the space
  • Be a communicator: Builds strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Be respected: A positive, inspirational team member

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid revenue stream from leading media agencies and direct clients and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Ensure Nexxen continues to be perceived as a true thought leader in the premium video marketplace
  • Present the Nexxen value proposition and get under the skin of your clients and their opportunities and challenges
  • Build a team based and focused sellers with a desire to grow the team through increasing revenues
