Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Senior Sales Manager - SMB in SΓ£o Paulo, Brazil! Lead and mentor a team of experienced Account Executives, driving them to exceed sales targets within the SMB and Medium Business segments. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, optimize sales processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Accurately forecast sales performance and champion the team's interests. This role requires proven sales management experience, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English. Requirements
- Communicates effectively and persuasively with diverse stakeholders
- Previous relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the SMB and Medium Business segments
- Sales process knowledge: Masters and optimizes sales processes and tools (Salesforce) for maximum efficiency
- Communicates effectively and persuasively with diverse stakeholders: Builds strategic relationships to accelerate sales and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach: Drives business growth through strategic planning and data-driven execution
- Forecasting: Provides accurate sales forecasts through data analysis and pipeline management
- Priority Setting: Effectively manages priorities and drives results through structured execution
- Relationship Building: Cultivates strong relationships to achieve collaborative success
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Decision Making: Makes autonomous, data-driven decisions while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM management and SaaS products
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, develop, and motivate a team of experienced Account Executives, driving them to exceed sales targets within the SMB and Medium Business segments
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals, focusing on pipeline growth and deal closure
- Optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and productivity, leveraging data-driven insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams (Sales Development, Client Success, Product), and leadership
- Accurately forecast sales performance, analyzing pipeline data and market trends to provide reliable projections
- Champion the SMB team's interests and priorities across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
- Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Act as a coach to support team career development and create opportunities for career growth for the entire team
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM management, holding the team accountable for data integrity
