Join Boomi's high-performing Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Sales Recruiter, partnering with Sales and Go-to-Market leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent. You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across North America, focusing on building high-performing, diverse teams. Responsibilities include forecasting hiring needs, aligning on recruiting strategies, and driving proactive sourcing strategies. You'll ensure an exceptional candidate experience and manage data accuracy in the ATS. This remote-friendly position requires 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years focused on GTM and Enterprise Sales hiring within B2B SaaS or tech. The ideal candidate will have proven success hiring sellers exceeding quota in complex sales environments and strong relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years focused on GTM and Enterprise Sales hiring within B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven success hiring sellers who consistently exceed quota in complex, long-cycle enterprise sales environments ($1M+ ARR deals)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with experience influencing senior sales leaders and navigating multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent sourcing, candidate assessment, and closing skills, with a reputation for landing high-caliber, passive talent
- Highly organized and data-driven, with experience using ATS and CRM systems to manage searches, track KPIs, and drive accountability
- Passionate about providing an inclusive, candidate-first experience and contributing to a high-performance recruiting culture
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across North America, with a focus on building high-performing, diverse teams
- Partner directly with senior Sales and GTM leaders to forecast hiring needs, align on recruiting strategies, and influence decision-making with market insights
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to keep the top of the funnel active and healthy—including employee referrals, networking, events, and outbound outreach
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through close, with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Manage and maintain data accuracy in our ATS (Greenhouse), including pipelines, reporting, and documentation
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through thoughtful sourcing, calibration, and structured hiring practices
- Collaborate with TA Operations and Employer Brand partners to improve processes and elevate Boomi’s employer value proposition
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting pre-IPO or IPO-ready SaaS organizations
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, BrightHire, Ashby, or other sourcing and recruiting tools
