Summary
Join Instacart's Ad team as a Senior Sales Systems & Tools Manager and play a key role in building tools and processes to scale the Ads business. You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, partnering with IT, Product, and Marketing. Responsibilities include driving long-term Sales and Marketing transformation projects, managing day-to-day operations of the tools platform, and influencing the strategy and roadmap for Instacart's tools ecosystem. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7-8 years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce, and Salesforce Admin 201 Certification. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
- 7-8 years of applicable experience, preferably in a digital advertising or e-Commerce organization
- Salesforce Admin 201 Certification or equivalent
- Proven track record leading complex Salesforce and digital advertising initiatives from concept to execution
- Aptitude with sales and marketing automation tools, vendor evaluations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision, scope, and strategy of the Ad Sales roadmap for Salesforce and related tools
- Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to analyze and document requirements on tooling initiatives
- Partner with technical teams in IT and Product to implement high quality solutions on Salesforce
- Manage end-to-end change management for Ad Sales, Order-to-Cash, integration and AI projects
- Balance tasks independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment with superior problem-solving skills
- Run the day-to-day support and operations of the tools platform, and perform other tasks as needed
