Summary
Join YipitData as a Senior Sales Manager for SpendHound and lead our Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams. Oversee a team of 4-8 Sales Associates, own the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, and develop the sales process. Onboard, train, and coach the team, continually improve the sales process, and define sales strategy. Closely interact with onboarding and marketing teams, empower the team to use tools efficiently, build an accurate pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasts. Coach team members to develop their skills, hire and retain a global team, and play a key role in growing company revenue. This is a remote-friendly opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- You have managed a sales team for more than 2+ years and have successfully met and exceeded your targets
- You have been a successful salesperson with 4+ years of proven success meeting and exceeding quota
- You have experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise sales motions, with a sales cycle of 2-6 months
- You have a track record of developing talent and building great teams
- You’re excited about the prospect of taking on more responsibility as opportunities arise
- You’re a self-starter, and you’re excited about building something
- You enjoy taking a hands-on approach to personal development and coaching
- You are a team player and are motivated by the company’s success
- You have familiarity with various sales efficiency tools
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 4-8 Sales Associates within our SpendHound segment
- Own the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments and develop the sales process
- Onboard, train, and coach the team, with the support of Enablement and Revenue Operations
- Coach Sales Associates throughout the sales process from the top of the funnel, through to closing opportunities
- Continually look for ways to improve the sales process and help define the sales strategy
- Closely interact with our onboarding team to ensure accounts are integrated and are provided top service
- Collaborate with our Marketing and SDR teams regarding outreach messaging and strategy to improve top-of-funnel
- Empower the team to use tools to increase their efficiency
- Build an accurate pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts against it
- Coach team members to continually develop their skills
- Hire and retain a global team across the US and LatAm
- Play a key role in growing the company's revenue

- The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $ 150K with annual on-target earnings (base salary + variable commission earned at 100% of quota) up to $300K
