Summary

iDeals is a global B2B SaaS product company with two main platforms: iDeals Virtual Data Room and iDeals Board. The company is seeking a Senior Sales Trainer to collaborate with sales leaders, design training curricula, deliver engaging sessions, conduct one-on-one coaching, act as a consultant, facilitate role-playing exercises, foster a culture of continuous learning, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B Sales experience, 5+ years of direct training and SaaS experience, excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and is based in specific EMEA countries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales (Field Sales, Inbound Sales, Business Development, Customer Success Management, etc.)
• 5+ years direct training and SaaS experience
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (C2)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
• Design and develop comprehensive training curricula covering both soft and hard skills essential for sales success
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars utilizing a variety of training delivery methods
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide personalized feedback and support to sales representatives
• Act as a consultant to salespeople, offering guidance on best practices, strategies for success, and techniques for enhancing sales performance
• Facilitate role-playing exercises and simulations to provide hands-on practice and reinforce learning outcomes
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting participation in training initiatives and providing ongoing support and encouragement
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through the analysis of sales metrics, performance data, and feedback from sales representatives and stakeholders
