• Strong understanding of enterprise network equipment, security camera systems, and VMS solutions
• Experience with SaaS, on-premise software, networking, installation, configuration, and testing

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical and value-focused advisor across the territory
• Collaborate with sales teams to smoothly transition opportunities into successful delivery
• Document customer feature requests and issues, providing feedback to sales and product management teams
