Join ezCater's fast-growing team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the development and administration of our CRM. This greenfield Salesforce implementation offers an exciting opportunity to support the Customer Service organization and contribute to the overall health of the Salesforce platform. You will focus on strategic, tactical, and technical initiatives involving SFDC, managing customizations, and proactively identifying improvements. You'll handle multiple projects, prioritize initiatives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience with experience configuring Data Cloud
- Be both SFDC Administrator and SFDC Advanced Administrator certified
- Have a proven track record of building, enhancing, and maintaining efficient, scalable service CRM processes to enable complex, multi-org service teams
- 5+ years Salesforce.com Administrator experience
- Experience configuring Data Cloud to connect Service and Sales Cloud to other data sources
- Experience configuring DevOps tooling for a Salesforce environment
- Certified Salesforce.com Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator (ADM-211)
- Extensive experience building and maintaining Flows for a low-code/no-code solution set
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other Customer Service and Data Tools (WFM tools, telephony, bi-directional data syncs, enablement UX)
- Experience administering managed packages, and third-party integrations
- Experience with Lightning Reports and Dashboards creation, Process Automation, Security configuration
- Experience working with an enterprise level Salesforce.com instance
- Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes (Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently
- Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)
- Strong understanding of Agile-based development practices and sprint planning strategies
Responsibilities
- Focus on strategic, tactical and technical initiatives involving SFDC
- Provide administration support of SFDC including, but not limited to, managing customization of objects, fields, record types, Flows, page layouts and validations, and dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly performance and reporting at individual, team, manager, and enterprise levels
- Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive service productivity and improve the customer experience
- Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Manage SFDC enhancements, support requests, and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues
- Hands on configuration of all new and existing SFDC features including user management, Flows, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages
- Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the SFDC environment
- Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve ezCater needs
- Understanding customer and internal customer service teamsβ needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development in SFDC CRM
- Participate in continuous change management processes and drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders
- Develop and train peer SFDC Administrators
