Summary
Join ezCater's fast-growing team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the development and administration of the Sales CRM, supporting Corporate Solutions and Catering Partner sales. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, be SFDC Administrator and Advanced Administrator certified, and possess a proven track record of building and maintaining efficient sales CRM processes. You will focus on strategic, tactical, and technical initiatives involving SFDC, supporting demand and supply Sales teams. Responsibilities include managing SFDC customizations, proactively identifying improvements, handling support requests, and partnering with stakeholders to build enhancements. You will also focus on user efficiencies, solve business/customer issues, and ensure data accuracy. The role involves developing and training peer SFDC Administrators and participating in continuous change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years Salesforce.com Administrator experience
- Certified Salesforce.com Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator (ADM-211)
- Expertise in Salesforce best practices regarding Governor limits, access and UI design
- Extensive experience building and maintaining Flows for a low-code/no-code solution set
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other Sales and Data Tools (Gong.io, telephony, bi-directional data syncs, enablement UX)
- Experience administering managed packages, and third-party integrations
- Experience with Lightning Reports and Dashboards creation, Process Automation, Security configuration
- Experience working with enterprise level Salesforce.com instance
- Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com CRM application coupled with good understanding of standard business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently
- Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production)
- Strong understanding of Agile-based development practices and sprint planning strategies
Responsibilities
- Focus on strategic, tactical and technical initiatives involving SFDC, supporting demand and supply Sales teams
- Provide administration support of SFDC including, but not limited to, managing customization of objects, fields, record types, Flows, page layouts and validations, and dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly performance and reporting at individual, team, manager, and enterprise levels
- Proactively identify and implement operational and technical improvements and enhancements that drive sales productivity and improve customer experience
- Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Manage SFDC enhancements, support requests, and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues
- Hands on configuration of all new and existing SFDC features including user management, Flows, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, email templates, Lightning Pages, Dynamic Forms, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Sales Engagement, Data Cloud, Managed Packages
- Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the SFDC environment
- Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve ezCater needs
- Understanding customer, internal sales and account management team needs and translating them into robust business requirements for configuration and development in SFDC CRM
- Participate in continuous change management process, and drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders
- Develop and train peer SFDC Administrators
