Senior Salesforce Administrator

Summary

Join Instacart as a Sr Salesforce Admin and take ownership of our Salesforce environments, ensuring they are optimized and compliant. You will focus on improving system functionality, streamlining processes, and maintaining a reliable platform supporting Sales and Service operations. Collaborate with the Business Systems Team to enhance Salesforce Sales and Service solutions, driving operational efficiency and seamless user experiences. As the primary administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain system configurations, manage integrations, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues. Stay current on Salesforce updates and provide training and support to the team. This remote role offers competitive compensation and benefits, including equity grants and is currently hiring in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Sr Salesforce Admin, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing Salesforce platforms
• Salesforce-certified (Admin, Advanced Admin, and App Builder certifications required)
• Expertise in Salesforce administration, system governance, and deployment best practices

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring it operates at peak efficiency
• Design, implement, and maintain system configurations that align with industry best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce processes and workflows
• Manage and enhance Salesforce integrations with other tools and systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and address user concerns
• Stay current on Salesforce updates and proactively suggest features or solutions that align with business objectives
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure the team is leveraging Salesforce effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Strong skills in Salesforce Flows and process automation tools
• Proven ability to design flexible and scalable solutions that address evolving business needs
