Summary

PlayVS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to manage complex projects, design advanced automation, and ensure the efficiency of their Salesforce instance. The role involves leading projects related to Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations, providing training and support to end-users, and developing and maintaining a suite of GTM and marketing automation tools.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of success in leading projects and managing complex implementations
  • Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, advanced features, and best practices
  • Project Management: Thorough understanding of software delivery methodologies, project management, change management, etc
  • Documentation: Documents requirements and specifications for system implementation enhancements, develops consensus for those enhancements
  • Automation & Development Skills: Demonstrate strong skills in process automation and workflow design with an understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data modeling and management with experience in third-party integrations and APIs
  • Problem-Solving & Analysis: Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and identify optimal solutions

Responsibilities

  • Plan, analyze, and implement business systems requirements for SalesForce and system changes or enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources, and/or vendors
  • Develop and maintain CPQ concepts such as MDQ, product rules, price actions, and associated automation related to opportunity, contract, and subscription management
  • Cross-functionally implement the Lead-to-Revenue (Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash) process within a Salesforce light based environment
  • Develop and maintain a suite of GTM and marketing automation tools such as Outreach, Gainsight, etc
  • Conduct research on the best practices and industry/functional trends
  • Lead projects related to Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on all aspects of Salesforce functionality
  • Design and implement complex workflows and process automation to streamline operations
