Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ Years of analyst or business management experience
• 7+ years in wireless; sales/operations/technical operations/care
• 4+ years of experience with Jira development (cloud instance preferred)
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Admin/Developer with emphasis on SalesForce, SalesCloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Flows and automation
• SalesForce Admin Certificate, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II,Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I,Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Self-direct and ability to take the lead when necessary
• Ability to analyze raw data and identify opportunities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for learning, developing, and implementing new software solutions to assist our operations and sales teams
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
• Serve as a liaison between business departments and engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, products, and services
• Analyze complex technical and business problems, employing a creative and analytical mindset to identify optimal solutions
• Drive innovation within the implementation engineering team by encouraging new ideas, exploring alternative approaches, and leveraging emerging technologies
