Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Solution Engineer
- Experience with creating and maintaining Flows that scale
Responsibilities
- Ensure user satisfaction with the Salesforce system by optimizing user experience through dynamic forms, improved lightning record pages, implementing Paths, creating automations, or screen flows, and ensuring system functionality
- Identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and implement enhancements, including process automation, customizations, and integrations with other systems. Migrate Process Builder processes to flows and optimize existing automations
- Collaborate closely with end-users to identify pain points and areas of process improvement. Design solutions with the Salesforce Owner and key stakeholders
- Provide training and support to users to ensure efficient system usage, in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team
- Lead and execute Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hubspot
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations
- Agile working experience
