Senior Salesforce Administrator

Summary

Join our RevOps team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and play a critical role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce environment. You will optimize the user experience, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements. Collaborate with end-users to address pain points and design solutions. Provide training and support to ensure efficient system usage. Lead and execute Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Solution Engineer
• Experience with creating and maintaining Flows that scale

Responsibilities

• Ensure that our users are happy with the system by optimizing the user experience through dynamic forms, improved lightning record pages, implementing Paths where relevant, creating automations, or screen flows, and making sure that the system works
• Identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform and implement enhancements, including process automation, customizations, and integrations with other systems. Expect some migrating of Process Builder processes to flows and general optimization of the existing automations
• Work closely with our end users to identify pain points and areas of process improvement. Design solutions together with the Salesforce Owner and key stakeholders
• Ensure that our users know how to use the system efficiently together with the Sales Enablement team
• Lead and execute Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hubspot
• Understanding integrations with Salesforce
