Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification required
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban
  • At least 2 years of extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Jira boards and integrating with other Atlassian tools
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management software
