Summary
The job is for a Senior Scrum Master at DEFCON AI, a modeling, simulation, and analysis company. The role involves facilitating Agile processes, mentoring team members, managing Jira boards, and promoting continuous improvement. Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification required
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban
- At least 2 years of extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Jira boards and integrating with other Atlassian tools
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management software
